One afternoon · Seven teams · One champion

Autumn Padel Championship.

A fast-moving afternoon of seeding matches, live standings and knockout padel—followed by dinner, drinks and awards.

The format

Every team earns its place.

A complete round robin sets the seeds before Championship, Plate and Shield knockouts decide the honours.

01

21 seeding matches

Every pair meets once across eleven quick-fire waves on two courts.

02

15-minute intensity

Normal service games and Golden Point at deuce. At the horn, finish the current game.

03

Every game counts

1 point per game won, plus 4 for a win or 2 for a draw. Seeding matches only.

04

Knockout finish

Championship, Plate and Shield matches—with a seven-point tiebreak if level.

How scoring works

Keep fighting for every game.

Even when a match is slipping away, every game you win adds a point to your seeding total.

Games won + result bonus

Each team earns 1 point per game won. Add 4 bonus points for a win or 2 bonus points for a draw. A loss earns your games-won points with no bonus.

Points earned by each team
Match scoreTeam ATeam B
A wins 4–24 + 4 = 82
Draw 3–33 + 2 = 53 + 2 = 5
A wins 2–12 + 4 = 61

On court

Play normal padel games using 15, 30, 40, with Golden Point at deuce. Count games won, not individual rallies.

Normal serving: one player serves the whole game. Alternate teams each game and keep the established order of all four servers.

At the 15-minute horn: finish the current game, then record the final game score. Level scores are draws during seeding.

Knockouts: the match winner progresses or takes the title. Seeding bonuses do not apply. If games are level, play a first-to-seven tiebreak, won by two.

If teams finish level on seeding points: compare their head-to-head results, or a mini-table for multiple tied teams, using the same games-plus-bonus scoring. Then compare game difference and games won within those meetings, followed by overall game difference and games won. Any exact remaining tie is resolved by the organiser before seedings are locked.
